The car park sits beside the terminal, a minute from the doors, open-air and without shade. Visitors leave by coach, taxi or hire car, so its regulars are Samians flying to Athens and the airport staff, and it fills only around the August holiday.

Drop-off and pick-up
The forecourt is for a brief stop and belongs to the transfer coaches on changeover days. To meet a flight, use the car park’s free first 10 minutes and check the live arrivals board before leaving Vathy: the ridge road takes 20 minutes and the Dutch and German charters land in an evening bunch.
