Car hire at Paros Airport

Paros is a ring: one road circles the island through Parikia, Naoussa, the east-coast beaches and Aliki, with Lefkes and the marble quarries in the middle. The buses cover the ring a few times a day; a car lets you chase the wind from Kolymbithres to Golden Beach, and a scooter is enough for many. Desks are at the terminal and the cars are outside.

Driving from the airport

The airport road joins the ring road at Aliki in five minutes. North for Pounda and Parikia (15 minutes), then on to Naoussa (30 minutes) and Kolymbithres; east along the south coast for Drios, Golden Beach and Piso Livadi (25 minutes), and up through Lefkes to Parikia to close the loop. Parikia’s old town and Naoussa’s harbour are pedestrian; park at the edge and walk.
