Only small turboprops land here. Olympic Air flies from Rhodes, 45 minutes away, a few times a week all year, and there are no other routes and no international flights.
The island has a few hundred residents, one village, no cars for hire and a single minibus that meets the flights. The alternative is the ferry from Rhodes, which takes two and a half to four hours.
