Getting to and from Leros Airport
One road runs the length of Leros from the airport at Partheni through Alinda and Agia Marina to Lakki and Xirokampos, and everything is on or near it. Taxis meet the flights, the island bus runs the road a few times a day, and rental scooters and cars are delivered to the terminal on request.
Taxi from Leros Airport
Taxis meet the flights at the rank outside; fares are fixed per destination and posted, and the night tariff applies after midnight. With a few dozen passengers per aircraft the rank usually copes, but book ahead in August and for the return to the airport.

The island bus runs from Partheni through Alinda and Platanos to Lakki and Xirokampos a few times a day, passing the airport road, but it is not timed to flights. Ferries from Lakki reach Kos, Kalymnos, Patmos, Samos and Piraeus; the fast boats and the Kalymnos caique use Agia Marina, and Xirokampos has a small boat to Myrties on Kalymnos in summer.
