Driving from the airport

The airport road runs north into Mytilene town in 15 minutes. For everywhere else, skirt the town and take the main road west: Kalloni in 50 minutes is the island’s crossroads, with Molyvos and Petra north of it, Eressos and Sigri west, and Plomari reached by the southern road through the olive groves. Mytilene’s harbour front is one-way and slow; park by the port and walk.
